At INI Design Studio, we prioritize sustainability, excellence, and collaboration.Role Description To manage and deliver the hospital project as per approved scope, quality standards, statutory requirements, safety norms, timelines, and budget, acting as the PMC’s primary representative to coordinate between Client, Architect, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities.Key Skill & Responsibilities Design Coordination & Technical Management (Hospital-Specific) Project Planning & Schedule Management Cost Control & Budget Management Contract Administration & Procurement Support Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Safety, Health & Environment (EHS) Reviewing and follow ups for Statutory Approvals & Compliance Act as the single-point PMC interface for Client coordination. Provide clear project reporting: progress, risks, issues, budget, quality, safety. Maintain documentation and present updates in review meetings/committees. Reporting & Documentation Testing, Commissioning & Handover Strong proficiency in Primavera / MS Project and reporting dashboards. Deep understanding of hospital MEPF coordination. Strong knowledge of contract administration, measurements, billing, and variation management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership and team coordination ability. High discipline in documentation and statutory compliance tracking. Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors simultaneously.Required Qualifications & Experience BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) orM.Tech / MBA (Project Management) / PG in Construction Management. 10–15 years of overall experience in building construction projects. Minimum 5 years as Project Manager / PMC Lead on large institutional/public sector projects. Experience in hospital/healthcare buildings preferred. Prior experience with government clients, municipal corporations, and audit-oriented documentation. Exposure to projects of similar scale and complexity.Working Conditions Full-time site-based role during the construction phase. Extended hours during major concrete pours, shutdowns, and testing/commissioning stages. Regular coordination with government committees and inspection teams.
