Urgent Opening Interested call - 8103516707Senior Façade Designer – Navi Mumbai (UK Projects) EXP - 10 yrs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ------------------------ • Create, monitor, revise, and manage façade drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed assemblies. • Produce detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, bracketry details, and assembly diagrams for curtain wall, cladding, windows, and other façade systems.. • Produce high‑quality 2D design drawings and support 3D modelling where needed. • Respond promptly to RFIs and technical queries, proposing solutions that meet design and performance criteria. • Prepare, maintain, and track engineering and technical submittal registers to meet contract programme milestones. • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior designers and drafters. • Review supplier, contractor, and fabricator drawings to ensure compliance and integration with the overall façade system. • Conduct design checks for constructability, thermal and structural performance, tolerances, and material compatibility. • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and UK‑based stakeholders. • Ensure all drawings and calculations adhere to relevant BS/EN standards, CWCT guidelines, and UK Building Regulations. • Support project delivery from concept stage through fabrication and installation phases. ------------------------QUALIFICATIONS ------------------------ • Minimum 8 years of experience in façade or curtain wall design and detailing. • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or similar. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D façade detailing. • Solid understanding of curtain wall systems (schuco, Metal tech, Kawneer, etc..) , unitized façades, rainscreen cladding, aluminum and glass systems. • Knowledge of fabrication, assembly processes, and practical installation considerations. • Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English. ------------------------ DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE ------------------------ • Knowledge of 3D/BIM software such as Revit, Rhino, or other parametric tools. •Familiarity with UK Building Regulations, CWCT standards, and façade performance requirements. • Ability to interpret structural reports, thermal calculations, and performance specifications. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. • Strong coordination capability across disciplines and with international project teams.
