Job Description

Mindsprint is looking for a seasoned communications expert to lead enterprise-wide internal communication and employer branding initiatives. This role focuses on building a unified voice across the organization, strengthening leadership communication, enabling change programs, and shaping a strong employee experience at scale. The role partners closely with HR, leadership, and business teams to deliver structured, high-impact communication aligned with organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities Internal Communications Strategy Own the internal communications strategy and messaging framework to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across the organization. Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and leadership on internal communication priorities, tone, and cadence. Leadership & Executive Communications Plan and execute leadership communication programs including leadership connects, executive updates, and newsletters. Support leaders with structured content, presentations, briefing notes, and messaging for internal forums. Content & Channel Management Manage enterprise-wide internal communication channels including newsletters, intranet content, leadership mailers, digital platforms, and multimedia assets. Drive end-to-end content development - gathering inputs, writing, editing, designing, scheduling, and publishing communication assets. Employee Engagement Programs & Experiences Lead communication and content for key employee engagement initiatives such as annual awards, family days, leadership AMAs, and customer visits. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless employee experiences and internal campaigns. Employer Branding & Talent Storytelling Strengthen the employer brand through employee stories, leadership narratives, learning and development highlights, and talent-focused campaigns. Manage and evolve the organization’s presence on employer branding platforms, including LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and credible storytelling. Employee Listening & Measurement Implement mechanisms to capture employee feedback and sentiment through surveys, digital platforms, and engagement tools. Define metrics and dashboards to measure communication effectiveness and present insights and recommendations to leadership. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related discipline. 6-8 years of experience in enterprise internal communications, corporate communications, or employer branding roles. Strong experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with an ability to translate complex topics into clear, executive-ready communication. Hands-on experience with internal communication platforms, intranets, email marketing tools, and multimedia creation tools. Preferred Capabilities Experience operating in large or mid-sized enterprise environments with distributed teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Exposure to organizational change communication, transformation programs, or employer branding initiatives. Comfort working with visual, video, and digital-first communication formats.
