Position DetailsRole:Lab Manager (R&D & QC) Location:Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site) Experience:3–7 Years ( Strictly in Powder Coating Industry ) Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry OR B.Tech in Paint Technology / Chemical Technology Role Overview This role demands deep expertise inpowder coating formulations, shade development, defect analysis, and lab leadership . You will lead both innovation (new shades & finishes) and ensure production batches meet master quality standards. Key Responsibilities Research & DevelopmentDevelop new shades and finishes:Metallic, Texture, Antique, High-Gloss Improve existing formulations for performance & cost optimization Work closely with production to scale lab formulations to plant batches ✅ Quality ControlVerify production batches against master standards Authorize and validate Batch TC Reports Ensure strict adherence to QC protocols Testing & ValidationConduct raw material testing Perform performance testing: Chemical resistance Outdoor durability Mechanical properties ⚙️ Process ControlManage oven calibration Monitor particle size distribution Troubleshoot application & curing-related defectsSTRICT QUALIFICATION CRITERIA (NON-NEGOTIABLE) ⚠️Only candidates currently working in the Powder Coating Industry will be considered.
