Job Requirements -Ability to manage with Multiple plant leader and sensitization about the ESG across the group -Viewing ESG as a strategic asset for competitive advantage rather than just a regulatory burden. -Implement decarbonization strategies to reach Net Zero targets. -Drive energy efficiency improvements and increase the use of renewable energy. -Monitor and reduce water consumption and implement Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems -Ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. -Implement ethical, sustainable, and transparent supply chain practices. -Collect, analyze, and report ESG data for regulatory compliance (e.g.,GRI,SEBI's BRSR) -Coordinate with stakeholders (investors, auditors, suppliers) for ESG rating improvements -Understanding of AI, IIoT, and other technologies to optimize resources and track sustainability metrics. -Ability to manage upstream and downstream environmental impacts. -Ability to manage the Energy /Emission improvement activity across the group level. -Having experience to conduct and managethe Internal /External ESG audit.Job Profile -Drives sustainability strategies, reduces environmental footprints, and ensures regulatory compliance across operations in group. Key responsibilities include managing emissions, waste, and water, fostering ethical supply chain practices, conducting risk assessments, and preparing sustainability reports. This role is vital for aligning production with global standards, Frontlines Media and improving operational efficiency and ESG reporting (e.g., GRI, BRSR) .This role will be more focused on lowering carbon footprints, improving energy efficiency, Water / Waste management, managing ESG reporting (e.g., GRI, BRSR) across the group level.Qualification - Btech/MBAAdditional Qualification - Any certification related to Sustainability &ESGDepartment - Repair & MaintenanceWork Exp - 5-10 YearsLocation - Ghiloth
