About the RoleWe are hiring a trained Phlebotomist to join our fertility and IV wellness clinic in Green Park, New Delhi.This is a dual-responsibility role involving:• Blood collection and IV cannulation • Assisting with IV drips • Supporting front desk and patient coordinationThe ideal candidate is technically confident, well-presented, and comfortable interacting with patients in a women’s health setting.Key Responsibilities• Perform venipuncture and blood collection safely • Insert IV cannula confidently and independently • Prepare and administer IV drips as per protocol • Monitor patients during IV administration • Maintain strict hygiene and sterile procedures • Handle biomedical waste as per guidelines • Assist doctors during minor procedures when required • Manage lab samples and coordinate dispatchStrong IV cannulation skills are mandatory.(When not engaged in clinical work)• Greet and check in patients • Manage appointments and follow-ups • Handle phone and WhatsApp queries • Maintain inventory and documentation • Support billing and payment collection • Ensure clinic reception area remains organizedRequired Qualifications• Certified Phlebotomist / ANM / GNM • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred • Confident and experienced in IV cannulation • Basic computer knowledge • Good communication skills (English) • Professional and well-groomed demeanorPreferred Experience• Experience in fertility / IVF / women’s health clinics • Experience managing IV drips independently • Ability to handle anxious or first-time patients calmlyImportantThis role requires both clinical expertise and patient-facing responsibilities.
