This is an operational role responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the reporting manager.Education: Any DegreeResponsibilities: Providing administrative support to senior management staff, such as managing calendars, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc. Coordinating travel arrangements for executives, including making reservations and arranging itineraries. Processing & preparing reports, maintaining the database. Organizing networking events such as conferences. Assist in arranging and executing events, including managing & coordinating with internal and external service providers. Provides accurate and timely document preparation. Programs manage certain organization-level initiatives which involves co-ordination with stakeholders, publishing transactions & updates. Minimum qualification & experience in office support/secretary roles. Candidate should have min 6- 10 years of experience in the same field. Candidate should be open to work in the shifts.Desired Skill sets: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills
