Shift:EU Shift Experience:6+ years Employment Type:PermanentRole Overview We are hiring a Practice Head – CRM / Campaign Management (SFMC) to lead enterprise-grade CRM and campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role combines people leadership, client ownership, and platform expertise to drive scalable and high-impact CRM programs.Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery for SFMC clients: scoping → planning → execution → deployment → reporting Lead and manage a team of SFMC developers, campaign managers, and CRM specialists Ensure high-quality execution across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and integrations Partner with internal teams (Content, Design, Production, Analytics) for seamless delivery Serve as the senior client contact for SFMC engagements Drive best practices, documentation, and process standardization within the practice Monitor campaign performance and guide optimization strategies Support solution design and effort estimation during client onboarding and renewalsMust-Have Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in CRM / Email Marketing / Marketing Automation Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC Certification (mandatory) Experience managing teams and complex, multi-journey CRM programs Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in EU shift and shift flexibility when needed
