The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing various civil engineering projects within the Real Estate. Daily tasks include developing structural designs, managing stormwater systems, and collaborating with architects and project teams. The role also involves site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and contributing to the successful completion of projects.Qualifications Expertise in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design Strong knowledge of Planning and Stormwater Management Proficiency in using civil engineering software and tools Effective problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards Open plotting experience is must
