Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, vendors). Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters; ensuredelivery, quality, and timelinesare met. Managevendor partnerships , recruitment budgets, and hiring SLAs. Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies, processes, and documentation standards. Track and present recruitment metrics, dashboards, and leadership hiring reports to management. Continuously improve hiring processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.Required Skills & Experience8-10 yearsof overall experience inTalent Acquisition , with a strong focus onIT Sales leadership hiring . Proven experience incorporate hiring within large IT / ITES organizations . Strong exposure toIT Recruitment , including roles related toData Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, and Enterprise Sales . Hands-on experience inteam handling and mentoring recruiters . Excellentstakeholder managementskills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership. Strong understanding ofsales hiring dynamics , compensation structures, and market mapping. Proficient in using ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Preferred QualificationsMBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
