This role involves strategic oversight, team leadership, and business development, including managing team attrition and identifying farming opportunities to grow client relationships.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical : Lead and manage HOA engagements from planning through completion. Prepare, review, and finalize audit workpapers ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Independently prepare and review financial statements, notes, and supporting schedules. Monitor progress of engagements and ensure adherence to deadlines and client expectations. Communicate proactively with US Partners regarding work status, issues, and audit updates. Ability to meet client deadlines consistently and deliver high‑quality work within agreed timelines Address client queries promptly and ensure smooth coordination throughout the audit process. Ensure proper documentation as per firm methodology and auditing standards. Review teamwork, provide feedback, and ensure closure of review notes. Identify issues or variances during audits and recommend corrective actions.Leadership & Management Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple engagements. Strong project management and resource allocation capabilities. Ability to manage team attrition and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Skilled in training, mentoring, and developing team members for growth. Strategic thinking for process improvement and efficiency.Client Relationship & Business Development Skills: Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction (emails and calls). Ability to develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones. Expertise in identifying farming opportunities to expand service offerings.
