Backed by world-class investors like Benchmark, Spark Capital, Craft Ventures, Greylock, Y Combinator, and others, we’re looking for exceptional talent to reimagine the way the world works.About the Role We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Robotic AI project focused on physical and cognitive task completion—such as sorting, assembling, matching, and other hands-on activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading operational teams, managing quality assurance, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks while coordinating with internal stakeholders.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing a team of AI task agents/operators, and being the key link between execution and strategic oversight.Working Days - Monday to Saturday Location - Hyderabad In this role, you’ll: Hiring new agents and build the team Mentor and manage a team of agents/operators performing task-based physical and data-driven workflows Oversee day-to-day operations related to AI task execution, including sorting, assembling, matching, and other process-driven activities Maintain high QA standards by creating SOP’s, defining and enforcing quality control processes Review completed work regularly to ensure compliance with requirements and provide corrective feedback where needed. Act as the main point of contact between the operations team and project stakeholders Extremely adept at using AI tools to solve problems - most important is chatGPT to come up with task ideas for agents. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in team leadership roles, preferably in operations, BPO, or technology-driven task environments.
