From hiring inspiring teachers to dynamic support staff, you’ll play a key role in building a vibrant school community.Key Responsibilities Manageend-to-end recruitmentfor teaching, administrative, and support staff, ensuring timely and quality hires. Partner withPrincipal, Academic Coordinators, and Department Headsto understand staffing needs and define role requirements. Source candidates throughjob portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives , building a strong talent pipeline. Conductscreening, interviews, and reference checks , ensuring alignment with school culture and compliance standards. Maintain accuraterecruitment reports and dashboardsto track progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline effectiveness.Desired Skills Strong knowledge oftalent sourcing strategiesand recruitment platforms. Excellentinterpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Familiarity withATS/recruitment systemsand HR best practices. Ability to manage multiple requisitions withspeed and accuracy .Personal Attributes Strong sense ofintegrity, fairness, and confidentialitywhen handling sensitive information. Empathetic and approachablepersonality, with the ability to connect with educators and staff. Detail-orientedwith strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proactive and solution-focused , able to work independently and in collaboration with diverse stakeholders. High level ofprofessionalism, patience, and adaptabilityin a dynamic school environment.Education & Qualifications Master’s degree inHuman Resources / Business Administrationpreferred. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field required. 4–6 years of proven experience in recruitment , preferably within theeducation sector . Prior experience inend-to-end recruitment , preferably within the education sector, will be an advantage.Notice Period Preference will be given toWomen candidateswho areimmediate joinersor candidates with a notice period of15–20 days .
