Maintenance Management Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance systems. Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all production and utility equipment. Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-based systems. Maintain maintenance MIS, downtime analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA). Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor management. Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.2. Machinery & Equipment Responsibility Responsible for maintenance, performance, and commissioning (if required) of: A. Corrugation Line (2/3/5/7 Ply) Single Facer Machines Double Backer Pre-heaters & Pre-conditioners Glue Kitchen & Starch Preparation System Sheet Cut-off & Stacker Reel Stand (Hydraulic/Electrical) B. Conversion Machines Rotary Die Cutting Machines Flat Bed Die Cutter Flexo Printer Slotter (Manual/Auto) Folder Gluer Machines Stitching Machines (Pinning) Automatic Folder Gluer Auto Bundling & Strapping Machines C. Auxiliary Equipment Air Compressors Boilers / Thermic Fluid Heater DG Sets Chillers ETP/STP (if applicable) Hydraulic Systems Dust Collection Systems D. Automation & Electrical PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Delta etc.) HMI & SCADA systems Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Control Panels & Electrical Distribution Sensors, Encoders & Safety Interlocks3. Project Management Plan and execute new machinery installation, plant expansion, and automation projects. Coordinate with OEM suppliers for installation, commissioning, and trials. Layout planning for optimal workflow and space utilization. Capex budgeting, vendor negotiation, and project cost control. Ensure timely project completion within approved budget. Oversee plant civil, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure projects.4. Utilities & Infrastructure Management Ensure uninterrupted supply of steam, compressed air, and electricity. Monitor power consumption and drive energy-saving initiatives. Manage AMF panels, transformers, and power distribution systems. Maintain fire safety systems and statutory compliance.5. Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to factory safety norms and statutory requirements. Conduct safety audits and machine safety upgrades. Maintain records for inspections (Electrical, Boiler, Pollution Control, etc.).
