More details as below.Key Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for Employee Engagement and overall HR functionalities including onboarding, orientation, grievances handling, policy communication, employee development initiatives, and HR advisory. Manage the complete employee lifecycle: Recruitment coordination Offer management Onboarding & documentation Confirmation & contract renewals Transfers / promotions Employee exits Communicate, implement, and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures. Partner with management and business stakeholders to improve workforce productivity, engagement, and operational efficiency. Build strong working relationships with employees and functional leaders. Liaise between employees and management to resolve operational or HR-related matters. Collaborate with leadership on organizational initiatives, workforce planning, and HR improvements. Maintain and manage employee records, HR databases, and documentation accuracy. Work closely with finance and payroll teams on: India payroll validation Salary structuring inputs Variable payouts / bonuses Reimbursements & claims Ensure compliance with Indian statutory and labour regulations, including but not limited to: Provident Fund (PF) Employee State Insurance (ESI) Professional Tax (PT) Gratuity TDS / Income Tax coordination Shops & Establishments Act Labour Welfare requirements (state specific) Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and governance frameworks: POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance Employment contracts & documentation controls Internal HR process standards Coordinate with external consultants / vendors for payroll, compliance, background checks, and benefits administration where applicable. Support performance management processes including: Appraisal cycles Performance improvement tracking Employee development discussions Drive process improvements and standardization across HR operations. Support internal hiring initiatives and talent acquisition coordination. Prepare HR reports, summaries, and management updates when required. Handle administrative and office management coordination related to employee matters.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on: Quality and accuracy of HR operations and documentation Timely completion of HR processes within defined timelines Compliance adherence and risk minimization Reduction of employee / contractor issues arising from HR process gaps Implementation of efficiency improvements and process enhancements Stakeholder satisfaction and internal service delivery standardsPreferred Competencies Strong understanding of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to manage multi-stakeholder coordination Problem-solving and employee management skills Process-driven and structured working styleExperience Requirement Must have 5 to 7 years of experience managing end-to-end Human Resources operations in India. Open to support other country and region for HR, payroll, and operations related task.
