The Group is expanding through large-scale infrastructure-based projects such as wellness townships, resorts, villas, and integrated lifestyle developments. The Head of Strategy will drive long-term growth strategy, business planning, and expansion vision of the Group.Role Overview: The Head of Strategy will be responsible for driving corporate strategy, financial planning, fundraising, investor relations, and long-term business growth initiatives. The role requires a Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in capital raising, financial structuring, and strategic expansion. This position will work closely with the MD and leadership team to align business strategy with financial sustainability and growth objectives.Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth Develop and execute short-term and long-term corporate strategy. Identify new business opportunities, expansion models, and revenue streams. Lead feasibility studies, financial modeling, and market analysis for new projects. Support land acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. 2. Fundraising & Capital Structuring (Core Responsibility) Lead end-to-end fundraising activities (Debt & Equity). Raise funds from banks, NBFCs, private equity firms, family offices, and institutional investors. Prepare investor decks, financial models, and valuation analysis. Structure project finance, working capital, and long-term capital requirements. Negotiate term sheets and close funding transactions. Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and investors. 3. Financial Strategy & Governance Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Monitor project profitability, IRR, ROI, and cash flow management. Develop capital allocation strategies for multiple projects. Ensure financial risk assessment and mitigation planning. Support compliance, audits, and financial due diligence. 4. Investor Relations Manage communication with lenders and investors. Present business performance and growth strategy to stakeholders. Handle financial reporting and transparency initiatives. 5. Leadership & Cross-functional Alignment Work closely with Finance, Sales, Projects, and Legal teams. Guide senior leadership on financial decision-making. Build a performance-driven and financially disciplined culture.Key Requirements: CA qualification (Mandatory). 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy / investment banking / real estate finance. Strong experience in fundraising (minimum ₹200+ Cr exposure preferred). Proven track record in closing debt and equity transactions. Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
