About the job We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Business Head/ Industry Lead for the Banking & Financial Services vertical based in Mumbai for our client. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of selling to mid-sized and large banks/ BFSI/ Insurance in India. You should have deep relationships in the banking industry and a strong understanding of the technology decision-making process in financial institutions.What You’ll Do: ● Own and drive revenue growth for the BFSI vertical. ● Create and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Banking clients. ● Build and nurture CXO-level relationships. ● Lead consultative sales conversations focused on solution selling, not just product pitching. ● Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closure and account expansion. ● Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure strong pre- sales and post-sales engagement. ● Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning and messaging. ● Report pipeline metrics and forecasts to senior leadership regularly.You Are Someone Who: ● Has 3-8 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS/technology products. ● Proven success in selling to BFSI in India. ● Based in Mumbai. ● Deep understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, decision-making hierarchies, and digital transformation trends in banking. ● Demonstrated ability to close enterprise deals and manage complex sales cycles. ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. ● Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Preferred Qualifications: ● Prior experience in selling SaaS solutions to BFSI. ● Existing network within BFSI- CXOs, Business Heads. ● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, or a related field.What We Offer: ● We hire for high ownership and therefore offer extreme independence. ● We are driven purely by results and data: make your case and you’ll get the resources you need. ● You’ll work with helpful, earnest people who also happen to be thoroughly competent and dedicated to building a lasting org.If you're a SAAS sales leader who thrives on challenges, wants to try unconventional approaches, and is ready to own results, we want to talk to you!
