The Head/Sales Manager will lead apartment sales operations in Coimbatore. Responsible for driving sales targets, managing the sales team, handling channel partners, and ensuring high conversion of leads into bookings for residential apartment projects.Location:Kalapatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the apartment sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop and execute sales strategies for residential apartment projects Handle site visits, client negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks Monitor leads from digital marketing, walk-ins, and campaigns; ensure proper follow-up Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth booking and documentation processes Analyze competitor projects, pricing trends, and market demand in Coimbatore Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to handover Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) Total 10-12 years of experience with 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong experience in apartment / residential project sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Good understanding of Coimbatore real estate market and customer segments Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting Willingness to work weekends and attend site visits as requiredNote: Candidates who are not from Real estate background, please don't apply.
