Subject Matter Expert (SME) | Solar PV Manufacturing ExcellenceCompany:Reliance Solar PV Location:Jamnagar, Gujarat Experience: 2+ years post-MTech/PhDAbout the Role: As a technically accomplished SME with MTech/PhD in relevant engineering fields, you'll design L&D content and deliver high-impact training as a master trainer in our solar PV plant. Your deep expertise in solar processes and passion for upskilling will fuel manufacturing excellence.Key Responsibilities: Design training modules & assessments for solar PV processes (cell production, module assembly, automation, quality control, digital twins). Deliver hands-on sessions for operators, technicians, supervisors & engineers to optimize efficiency, yield & safety. Collaborate with operations/engineering/L&D to identify gaps & build customized learning paths. Facilitate workshops, simulations & on-the-job training. Update materials with latest solar tech, best practices & feedback. Mentor junior trainers and accessors & develop scalable L&D programs.Qualifications: MTech/ME/MS or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductors, Renewable Energy or related—from IITs, IISc, NITs or premier institutes. Min. 2 years experience post-MTech/PhD in solar PV manufacturing (PERC/TOPCon/HJT cells, stringers, EL, laminators, metrology), Related R&D organizations or the Equipment Suppliers and Integrators. Excellent communication/presentation skills + zeal for teaching/mentoring. AI tools proficiency; awareness of AR/VR/XR a plus.Preferred: Industry 4.0 in solar (IoT/AI for processes/quality). L&D tools (LMS, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI). Skill assessments/adult learning. English fluency (Hindi/Gujarati advantageous).
