Performance-based growth opportunities Learning and development programsAbout the Role We're looking for someone who can own client relationships and project delivery without constant oversight. You'll be the bridge between clients and our design/dev team—translating asks into actionable briefs, managing timelines, and ensuring work ships on time and on point. What You'll Do Own day-to-day client communication and relationship management Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for design and dev Manage project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops Coordinate between teams to keep projects moving Flag risks early, solve problems before they escalate Present work to clients, handle feedback, and push back when needed Keep documentation, timelines, and status updates clean and current What We're Looking For 2-4 years in client servicing, account management, or project delivery—preferably agency side Strong written and verbal communication Organised—comfortable juggling multiple projects without dropping balls Can handle difficult conversations with clients professionally Understands design/development basics enough to have sensible conversations with teams Bonus: Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.) Good Fit If You Stay calm when clients don't Take ownership—don't wait to be told what to do Communicate clearly, no fluff Enjoy the coordination game—briefs, timelines, deliverables Protect the team from chaos while keeping clients happy Not a Fit If You Need hand-holding for every client interaction Avoid confrontation at all costs Prefer working solo over cross-team coordination Think client servicing is just sending emails and scheduling calls
