This role blendscreative journey curationwithstrong tour planning, coordination, and execution skills .You will be responsible for designing immersive itineraries, coordinating bookings and vendors, managing client communication, and ensuring seamless tour delivery from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone who believes travel is about connection, flow, and experience, while also understanding the importance of precision, documentation, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesJourney Design & Curation Designexperiential itineraries for small groups(6–15 guests) across domestic and international destinations Curate experiences rooted inlocal culture, food, nature, art, adventure, and wellness Balance structure with breathing space — crafting journeys that don’t feel rushed or generic Think beyond “sightseeing” to create moments of connection, reflection, and surprise Research & Storytelling Conduct in-depth destination research (history, seasons, hidden gems, cultural nuances) Develop anarrative arcfor each journey — why this place, why this order, why it matters Write short, evocative descriptions for itineraries, proposals, and client decks Vendor & Partner Coordination Identify and collaborate withlocal guides, hosts, artisans, boutique hotels, and experience providers Ensure experiences align with quality, safety, ethics, and brand values Coordinate logistics in collaboration with operations (timings, routing, feasibility) Client Understanding Translate client intent, group dynamics, and purpose (celebration, learning, bonding, retreat, adventure) into the journey design Customize journeys based on age groups, interests, pace, and expectations Who You Are You have3–8 years of experiencein experiential travel, luxury travel design, retreats, expeditions, or curated events You genuinely loveresearching places and people— Google Maps, long reads, conversations with locals excite you You think inexperiences and emotions , not just logistics You are highly organized but not rigid — creative yet practical You care aboutdetails : pacing, transitions, energy levels, and flow You value authenticity over “Instagram travel” clichés Skills & Capabilities Strong itinerary design and storytelling skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to visualize journeys end-to-end Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and timelines High attention to detail and quality Cultural sensitivity and strong people skills Bonus (Nice to Have) Personal travel experience across diverse geographies Background in sustainability, conservation, wellness, or adventure travel Experience designing journeys for founders, creatives, families, or learning groups Familiarity with luxury travel standards without being formulaic What We Offer Opportunity todesign meaningful journeys, not mass tourism Small, thoughtful team with a strong sense of purpose Exposure to unique destinations and collaborators A role where your curiosity and creativity truly matter
