This position will be part of theGlobal Operations expansion team in Bangalore , providing scalable, high-quality support and enhancement delivery to our North American customer base. You will be responsible for post-go-live service requests including scoping, minor enhancements, configuration, user enablement, and issue resolution. This role requires deep familiarity with Business Central, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a virtual global team.Key Responsibilities Deliverpost-live ERP consulting servicesfor Aptean’s Food & Beverage ERP products (JustFood, bcFood, Aptean F&B) Performfunctional analysis, configuration, and testingof enhancement requests and small-scale changes Participate inscoping sessionswith onshore leads and translate client needs into actionable work plans Document business requirements and prepare functional specifications for the development team Collaborate with technical and QA resources to ensure high-quality solution delivery Providefunctional supportfor escalated issues requiring root cause analysis Contribute to the team’swork intake process , knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives Work overlapping hours (at least 3–4 hours daily) with North American teams and customersRequired Qualifications 3+ yearsof hands-on functional experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Proven experience inERP consulting or post-implementation support , preferably in themanufacturing or food & beverage sector Ability to independently handleenhancement requests, user training , andfunctional testing Strong documentation and communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate requirements and outcomes Experience working in aglobal delivery modelor supporting international clientsPreferred Skills Exposure toJustFood, bcFood , or other Aptean F&B verticals Familiarity withAL languageorBC extensions Understanding offood safety ,lot traceability , orindustry-specific compliance workflows Prior experience working in aCOE or shared services model If you share our mindset, you can share in our success.
