Job Title:Delivery Excellence Experience:7-8 Years Work Location:ChennaiExperience & Qualifications 7-8 years of relevant experience in Delivery Excellence role for IT services and support projects Experience in planning and conducting internal quality audits and risk reviews Ability to Identify operational, process-level, and financial risks in projects. Ability to conduct process-related training and awareness sessions Experience in facilitating process implementation across projects Strong understanding of SLAs/KPIs/Metrics for IT and ITES projects Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with Cross Functional teams at all levels Ability to work independently; work-from-office role based in Chennai Proficient in MS Office tools, basic computing, Excel, and PowerPointKey Responsibilities Lead quality initiatives, certifications, and audit cycles Facilitate process implementation and conduct training sessions Perform Risk reviews and quality audits Collect, analyze, and publish process metrics and insights Identify and recommend process improvements Conduct risk assessments and provide early warning reportsRequired Skills Strong understanding of Delivery Excellence and Quality Control concepts Good knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL, ISO 9001, and CMMI. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels Self-driven and capable of working independently Proficient in MS Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint Proficient in using AI Tools
