Employee Lifecycle Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, including coordination with hiring managers, agencies, documentation, system access, and final settlements. 2. Compensation and Benefit Handle payroll preparation, attendance and leave verification, tax declarations, statutory compliance, and coordination with CPA/accountant. 3. HR programs and operational tasks Work closely with HQ and business teams to ensure people programs are well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and consistently implemented. 4. Office Facilities Management Oversee office facilities and maintain a well-organized workplace. 5. Employee Engagement and Support Organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist in employee care and employee relationship maintenance.【Qualifications】 Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or a related field. 2+ years recruiting experience in high-tech industry.
