The role partners with operations, sales, revenue management, and corporate teams to improve profitability and support strategic decisions. The role is based in Chennai and reports into a VP Finance.Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting. Analyze ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, GOPPAR, flow-through, and departmental performance. Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership. Build and maintain financial models, dashboards (Excel/Power BI/Tableau), and KPIs. Support rate strategy, channel mix, cost control, and productivity improvements. Partner with operational teams to optimize margins and spending. Prepare Board/corporate reports and support audits. Contribute to system implementations (PMS, POS, ERP, BI tools).Strategic Finance Supportcapital expenditure priorities(capital allocation, liquidity planning). Assist withM&A(financial due diligence, valuation, synergy analysis, integration support).Qualifications CA/CIMA/CPA preferred. 8+ years’ experience with 3+ years in FP&A/financial analysis. Strong understanding of hotel KPIs and systems (Opera/Protel, Micros, SAP/Oracle). Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
