Our state-of-the-art factories use premium quality materials and advanced machinery to produce industry-leading products at affordable prices.Role Description 1 Financial Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and accounting entries. Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards. 2 Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage vendor payments and reconcile supplier statements. Raise and record customer invoices. Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accounts receivable aging reports. 3 Bank & Cash Management Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly. Handle daily cash transactions and maintain petty cash books. Ensure timely deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers. 4 Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. Present financial data and reports to management for decision-making. 5 Taxation & Compliance Calculate and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time. Assist in audits and coordinate with tax consultants. Ensure compliance with income tax laws, company laws, and other regulatory requirements. Handle GST (Input/Output reconciliation, returns filing). Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits. 6. Audit Support Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits. Address auditor queries and ensure all discrepancies are resolved. Maintain compliance with accounting standards. 7 Cost & Inventory Control Monitor cost centers and prepare cost analysis reports. Maintain stock valuation records and assist in physical stock verification. Identify cost-saving opportunities and report to management. 8 Data Management & Software Work with accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Tranzact etc.). Maintain backup of financial data and ensure data security. Generate MIS (Management Information System) reports as required. 9 Coordination & Communication Liaise with internal departments (Production, HR, Purchase, Sales). Communicate with banks, auditors, and government authorities when needed. Support management in financial planning and decision-making. Coordination with vendors for payments 10 Documentation & Record Management Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, debit/credit notes, and payment records. Ensure systematic filing (physical and digital) of financial documents. Maintain statutory records as per legal and audit requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and statutory audits. Ensure compliance documentation related to GST, TDS, and other regulatory authorities is updated and readily available.
