HCLTech Walk-In Drive For Account Set up and activation ( 2 -7 Years ) 12 and 14th Feb at SholinganallurDate: 12th and 14th Feb 26(Thursday and Saturday) Experience: 2 to 7 Years Time : 10:00 AM to 1 PM POC: Yuvapriya Venue:HCL Technologies, Tower 4 No. 602/3/138, Special Economic Zone, Elcot-Sez, Medavakkam High Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai – 600119Description• Supervise daily account setup operations and team workload. • Ensure adherence to internal controls and data governance policies. • Handle escalations related to account creation delays or errors. • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring data issues. • Collaborate with IT for system enhancements or bug fixes. • Review and approve non-standard or high-risk account setups. • Maintain SOPs and ensure team compliance. • Lead onboarding sessions for new team members. • Define quality control measures for account setup accuracy. • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with policies. • Analyze trends in account errors and recommend corrective actions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. • Develop training materials and conduct refresher sessions. • Track and report quality metrics to leadership. • Support system testing and UAT for new account setup features. • Act as a liaison between operations and compliance teams.Skills Requirement• Team Management: Ability to assign tasks, monitor workloads, and support team performance. • Escalation Handling: Resolve complex or high-risk account setup issues. • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring errors and implement corrective actions. • Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, finance, and compliance teams. • SOP Maintenance: Update and enforce standard operating procedures. • Coaching Skills: Mentor junior staff and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.Role specific competencies and requirements: - Fluency in (English), both written and verbal.
