More than 1300 team members leverage their supply chain expertise and IT know-how to best serve their customers at 20+ locations around the world. 4flow develops and implements lean, agile and sustainable supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings for businesses worldwide. Their clients span across multiple high-impact industries including vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, consumer goods and retail, industrial machinery manufacturers, medical technology, basic materials, spare parts, renewable energy, high-tech and telecommunications, and logistics service providers (LSP).Objectives and strategic goal: To ensure the continuous development, implementation, and maintenance of 4flow’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), supporting the organization in meeting high standards of information security, compliance, and certification (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2). To strengthen 4flow’s global information security posture by proactively managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a culture of security across the organization—thereby enabling sustainable growth, protecting client trust, and supporting 4flow’s position as a reliable and secure partner in the logistics and supply chain industry.Responsibilities, tasks and duties: Working in the ticket system to work on current tasks. Maintain the ISMS and other relevant systems to ensure certifications remain valid. Prepare and take part in internal and external audits.Technical requirements: Years of (relevant) work experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in information security and managing related systems(Senior). Experience in similar tasks. (Specialist). Language skills: Fluent in English, Hard skills (e.g. special software knowledge, field of logistics knowledge). Evidence of competence by work experience or certificates. Extensive knowledge of the ISO / IEC 2700x family, TISAX, and NIS2 (Data protection helpful but not mandatory). Strong analytical skill and conceptual understanding.Personal requirements: Soft skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to integrate into the team, self-organized and capable of remote work.
