If you are passionate about B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition—this role is for you! Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withonline bidding platformssuch asUpwork, Freelancer, and similar portals , lead generation along with a strong understanding of IT/Software sales. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and ensuring a minimum of2 client meetings per week . Key Responsibilities• Generate new business opportunities throughUpwork, Freelancer, online bidding portals, outbound calls, emails, and networking • Actively bid on relevant projects and create winning proposals • Convert platform leads into qualified prospects • Experience working withhospital apps or healthcare software solutionsis a plus • Research prospects and identify business needs • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to booking meetings • Maintain CRM records and track sales activities • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts Required Skills & Experience •1–6 yearsof experience inIT Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales • Mandatory experience withUpwork, Freelancer, or similar B2B platforms • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills •Educational Qualification:B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent with a technical background • Good understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity software Performance Expectations • Minimum2 qualified client meetings per week • Consistent lead generation, bidding, and conversion performance
