Responsibilities Tool box training to new and existing DETs of QA department about QA functions. Maintain practices as per standard safety protocol. Inspection and clearing finished good as per cells outgoing quality specification and control plan. Prepare daily reports/records Rejecting and returning non-conforming materials to production department for rework/final rejects. Maintain documents e.g. lot rejected summary, PDI, reworks, defects trends, daily quantity verification sheet Immediate communication to production department about defects observed in the line. Issue of SLN (Stop line note) in case producing non-conformance materials or not following defined SOPs and control plan. Coordinate with defect origin section for closure of customer complaints. Prepare samples for any new customers along with test reports. Maintaining limit samples for all type of defects Benchmarking of cells specifications with other cells in market Clearance of FG in SAP Coordinate for PDI for customer at shop floor/FG store before dispatch Ensure cell tester calibration and repeatability Prepare samples for reliability tests like PID/LID/Rip-Off/Soldering peel test or any other test as per IEC certificationEssential Qualification:B.Tech.- Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
