Roles and Responsibilities: Operations Executives handling Marketing Automation tasks. Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to the Manager/Business Head. Provide guidance and hands-on support to the clients to ensure the smooth execution of all operational activities. Collect product-related feedback from clients/internal teams and share actionable insights with the Product Manager. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive tasks forward and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Identify process gaps and contribute to improving operational efficiency. Ensure high-quality output and adherence to SLAs across all automation activities.Additional Qualifications and Skills: 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or a similar role. Prior experience in Client handling role Strong understanding of marketing workflows and automation tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to troubleshoot, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
