What are we building:We are building the Operating System for our business that is in multiple countries, treating people speaking multiple languages, looking for various health outcomes, delivered through various channels. The platform manages almost all aspects of the business, except the financial accounting. Other than managing various aspects of the business, the platform also handles advanced diagnosis and patient engagement using many intuitive toolsWhat You Will Do:As aProduct Associate, you will work closely with Senior PMs, designers, engineers, and the founding team to support the end-to-end product development process.● Contribute to shaping the product vision and strategy by bringing insights from user research and data ● Assist in maintaining the product roadmap and help prioritise features ● Conduct user research, analyse feedback, and understand customer needs ● Study patterns in health and wellness data to support decision-making ● Help define success metrics and track product performance ● Write clear problem statements and assist in drafting product requirements ● Work with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution ● Support go-to-market teams to drive adoption and feature rollout ● Ensure timely documentation, communication, and coordination across stakeholders ● Take ownership of small product areas and gradually expand scope as you growWe’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience as Product Associate Strong problem-solving and structured thinking Engineering background preferred IIT / NIT candidates strongly preferred Note: Location - Velachery, Chennai 6 days working - Monday to Saturday
