As ourSales Engineer , you won't just be hitting targets; you’ll be leading a team and building the strategic foundation for our machine tool and cutting tool business in a key industrial hub. If you have a deep understanding of the CNC/Machine Tool landscape and a proven track record of driving revenue through leadership, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue:Take ownership of sales targets and implement strategies to ensure consistent business growth. Lead & Mentor:Manage and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring effective communication and long-term partnerships. Market Expansion:Identify new business opportunities within the Haryana territory. Field Engagement:Travel within the designated area to meet clients, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals. Qualifications & Requirements Industry Experience:Proven sales experience specifically within theMachine Tool & Cutting Toolindustry. Tech Savvy:Proficiency inCRM softwareand theMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, PowerPoint). Mobility:Willingness to travel extensively within the Haryana region.
