We are actively hiring Process Trainers!!!Location: Malad Shift- Day Shift (6 day working with 1 week off) Immediate Joiner preferred Budget- 6 LPARoles and Responsibilities- Require Process Trainers with a strong background in Real Estate & Customer Support experience. Design and deliver training programs for international processes, focusing on TNI (Training Needs Identification), TTT (Train the Trainer), TNA (Training Need Analysis), OJT (On-the-Job Training), Behavioral Training, Customer Service Training, Product Training, Soft Skills Training, Soft Skills, VNA (Virtual Neural Animation), Accent Training, Accent, Call Center Training, Voice & Accent. Develop curriculum materials and assessments to measure trainee performance. Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
