You will plan and execute the content calendar, drive engagement and community building, collaborate with creators and production teams, and translate brand direction into daily content that increases reach and brand love.This is not just “posting.” This role is about building a content engine and community flywheel.Qualifications Own and grow organic presence across platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and others as applicable). Build and execute a consistent posting rhythm with high-quality content. Develop content pillars and recurring series formats (UGC, product education, comparisons, behind-the-scenes, creator content, esports culture). Track weekly performance: views, reach, engagement rate, follower growth, saves/shares, top-performing formats. Own community engagement: replies to comments/DMs, community growth, relationship building. Maintain Cybeart’s brand voice and premium positioning across all social communications. Identify community insights and feed them back into product and marketing decisions. Work with production teams and Brand Partnerships to plan scripts, shot lists, and content requirements. Coordinate with designers/editors for thumbnails, captions, exports, and posting-ready formats. Ensure content is created in formats useful for both organic and paid amplification (where required). Support influencer/creator collaborations by ensuring content is repurposed and distributed effectively across social channels. Coordinate content approvals, schedules, and publishing for collab posts. Maintain content calendar, asset library, and approvals system.
