Job Description

Designation: Procurement Administration (MoonPay) Shift: US Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST Experience: 2+ Years Location: Vadodara Website: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Administer purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in Zip, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance. Guide internal requestors through Zip workflows, required documentation, and approval processes. Monitor purchase request (PR) status, follow up on approvals and resolve workflow issues to avoid delays. Monitor purchase order (PO) status with internal requestors to support expense accruals questions. Maintain accurate procurement records and supporting documentation within Zip. Support Accounts payable team for vendors question on procurement-related matters. Coordinate with vendors to resolve questions related to POs, invoicing requirements, and payment status. Serve as the liaison between requestors, vendors, and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies, missing information, or PO mismatches. Help ensure vendor invoices are submitted correctly, tied to valid POs, and approved in a timely manner. Track and follow up on invoice approval status to support on-time payment.REQUIREMENTS:Experience in procurement operations or accounts payable support. Hands-on experience administering purchase requests and POs in a procurement system (Zip experience strongly preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
