With a client-first approach, we provide customized investment and insurance solutions backed by trust, expertise, and long-term relationships.Overview We are seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager who can independently drive revenue, lead high-value client relationships, and accelerate business expansion. This role is suited for professionals who have progressed beyond execution into strategic client leadership, with the capability to manage premium portfolios, close complex deals, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s sustained growth and market positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue generation by acquiring, managing, and expanding high-value client relationships. Build, manage, and scale a strong portfolio of HNI, NRI, and corporate clients. Achieve assigned sales targets across investment and protection product categories. Execute aggressive client acquisition strategies through referrals, networking, and alternate sales channels. Drive cross-selling and upselling of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Equities, Derivatives, and Insurance products. Identify client needs through consultative selling and convert opportunities into revenue. Conduct regular portfolio review meetings to generate repeat sales and additional investments. Track market movements proactively to create timely sales opportunities. Handle high-value negotiations and complex client objections to close deals effectively. Ensure strong client retention by maintaining continuous engagement and relationship touchpoints. Act as a single point of contact to enhance client experience and strengthen loyalty. Maintain sales hygiene by ensuring proper documentation, KYC completion, and coordination with operations for seamless deal closure. Monitor individual sales performance metrics and consistently improve productivity ratios. Contribute to overall branch / team revenue growth and profitability targets.Skills Required Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive results independently. Advanced sales, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, including professional client correspondence. Strong presentation and proposal-building skills for senior clients. Deep understanding ofinvestment banking and wealth management products. Sound knowledge of theIndian financial markets and global economic trends. Proficiency inGoogle Sheets, MS Excel, and MIS reporting. Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented and resilient attitude. Self-driven, disciplined, and committed to long-term career growth with the organization.Qualifications 2–5 yearsof relevant experience in Wealth Management Sales, Financial Product Distribution, Investment Advisory Sales, or HNI Client Acquisition & Relationship Management. Graduate / Postgraduatewith specialization in Finance, Commerce, or related fields. NISM 10A / NISM XXI-A / NISM V-A/ NISM XVcertification preferred.
