Own and manage assigned product modules or platforms, contributing to the overall product roadmap and digital transformation initiatives at IKS Health. Drive product initiatives through the full lifecycle including ideation, requirements definition, development, implementation, release, and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders across levels to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align product plans with business needs. Support stakeholder communication through structured and unstructured channels, including regular updates on product progress, risks, and dependencies. Responsible for ensuring communications documents/collateral are created. [Project status, project milestones, Notification, Training guide, user-manuals etc]. Responsible for developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations such as System Approaches, Outline high-level flow, Release notes etc. Act as conduit between the business / client teams and development teams to ensure proper flow of communication and resolution of any gaps of information & understanding Conduct user training sessions and support client teams during acceptance testing.Exp Required 6–9 years of overall experience, with 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager. Good experience in US Healthcare (Exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred.) Demonstrated experience contributing to product roadmaps and delivering products end-to-end from requirements and development through launch and optimization. Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives within healthcare workflows, working closely with operations, UX, engineering, and client teams. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT coordination, and release support. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with growing capability to influence decisions and drive adoption.Preferred Exp Demonstrated founder mindset — high ownership, bias for action, customer-first thinking, and ability to build products from ambiguity with minimal guidance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple concurrent initiatives.
