Ensure effective implementation of IB/PYP/MYP/DP curriculum. Lead academic planning, teacher development , and school improvement initiatives. Foster a positive, inclusive ,and student centered learning environment. Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment practices. build strong relationship with parents, staff and the wider school community. Oversee compliance with IB authorisation and evaluation requirements.Key skills: Minimum 10 years of experience in education, including senior leadership roles. Experience in IB/CAMBRIDGE curriculum mandatory. Strong expertise in IB Curriculum and IB accreditation Proven track record in academic leadership and school administartion. Excellent communication, people management and stack holder engagement skill.
