We provide bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance, and accounting support services to US clients across industries.Operating in a global delivery model, we combine accounting expertise with process automation and technology-driven efficiency to deliver high-quality financial operations support.Reporting: Manager Finance and AccountingJob titles associated with this role: Bookkeeping AccountantLocation: Chennai Job Type: Full TimeJob Description: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage 50 / Sage 50 Cloud Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Maintain accurate general ledger entries and chart of accounts Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Support month-end and year-end closing activities Generate financial reports, including: Profit & Loss Balance Sheet Cash Flow AR/AP Aging Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow Assist in US tax compliance and documentation Support audit processes with required schedules and documentation Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting best practicesQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Bookkeeping Accountant Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Sage 50 / Sage 50 Cloud Experience supportingUS accounting operations Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and reconciliations Familiarity with US GAAP and tax compliance processes CPA is desirable but not mandatoryRequired Skills: Strong reconciliation and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skillsBenefits: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
