You will ownBRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows , and ensure high-quality execution across sprints.Core Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Documentation Collaborate with Product Managers/Directors to translate the product vision into detailed business and functional requirements. BRD Finalization:Own end-to-end documentation of business requirements, flows, and high-/low-level design inputs. Create BRDs, FRDs, PRDs (as needed), workflow diagrams, and API requirement specifications. Convert client issues and business gaps into precise user stories and acceptance criteria. Solution Refinement:Continuously refine requirements throughout development based on feedback, market needs, or constraints. Product Delivery & Execution Work with Engineering to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately. Support sprint ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and cross-team alignment. Execution Tracking:Manage sprint-level deliverables, dependencies, and requirement clarifications. Validate features during QA/UAT, support defect triage, and ensure timely and high-quality releases. Providetrade-off analysisfor scope, timelines, and quality to support product decisions. Process Mapping & Optimization Design and maintain end-to-end workflows for payments, payouts, onboarding, KYC/AML, merchant setup, funding, and reconciliation. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency. Operationalize the productby aligning requirements with billing, risk/compliance, servicing, and support teams. Stakeholder Collaboration Work with Sales, Partnerships, Implementations, and Client Success to capture onboarding needs and market feedback. Create GTM documentation such as feature guides, integration notes, SOPs, and release collateral. Collaborate with merchants, ISVs, and partners to clarify requirements and integration constraints. Data & Analysis Analyze product KPIs such as adoption, throughput, failure rates, and operational bottlenecks. Support business cases, root-cause analyses, and competitive benchmarking. AI & Automation Enablement UseAI toolsto improve requirement quality, documentation speed, and decision-making. IdentifyAI-driven opportunitiesto enhance merchant experiences, reduce manual steps, or improve platform efficiency. Work with Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI use cases into flows while respecting compliance and regulatory frameworks. Translate business challenges intoactionable AI conceptswith measurable impact.Must-Have Skills & Experience 7+ years as a Business Analyst in mobile apps and POS(point of sale) applications. Proficient in BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and API documentation. Ability to work closely with engineering teams onAPI-based products . Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucid, Postman (basic), SQL (nice to have). Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences.Success Looks Like Delivering precise, high-quality requirements that accelerate engineering output.
