About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Managerto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, clear understanding of requirements, and timely delivery of projects. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring brand and marketing objectives are met effectively.Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Coordination & Relationship Management ● Act as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts. ● Understand client requirements, business goals, and brand expectations. ● Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams. ● Ensure regular communication, updates, and alignment with clients. ● Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and performance.2. Internal Team Coordination ● Coordinate with content writers, designers, social media managers, and performance teams. ● Ensure tasks are assigned clearly and delivered within timelines. ● Monitor project progress and follow up to avoid delays. ● Maintain quality control and ensure outputs align with client expectations and brand guidelines.3. Branding, Marketing & Strategy Support ● Apply knowledge of branding, marketing, and digital marketing to guide executions. ● Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visuals across deliverables. ● Support campaign planning by sharing client insights and strategic inputs. ● Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or improving client performance.4. Reporting & Documentation ● Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals for all assigned accounts. ● Share performance updates and reports with clients in a structured manner. ● Maintain documentation related to briefs, feedback, and revisions.Requirements & Qualifications: ● Minimum 3 years of experiencein account management, client servicing, or a similar role (agency experience preferred). ● Strong understanding ofbranding, marketing, and digital marketing fundamentals . ● Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. ● Ability to managemultiple client accountssimultaneously. ● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.What We’re Looking For: ● A client-first mindset with strong ownership skills. ● Someone who can balance client expectations with internal capabilities. ● Detail-oriented, dependable, and solution-driven. ● A team player who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.Ready to manage brands and build lasting client relationships?
