Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Strategy Build and maintain strong relationships across business, lifestyle, and culture media Develop quarterly communication narratives aligned with brand milestones Lead all press engagement for store launches, ambassador campaigns, partnerships Manage crisis communicationsBrand Messaging Develop core messaging frameworks Ensure consistency across interviews, releases, leadership communication Own ambassador narrative alignment Reputation & Coverage Secure tier-1 media placements Drive business and retail press coverage Monitor sentiment and media analytics Content & Editorial Oversee press materials, founder interviews, leadership talking points Work with internal marketing team to align external messaging What We’re Looking For 5–8 years in PR / communications (retail, luxury, or consumer preferred) Strong journalist relationships Ability to think in narratives, not announcements Calm under pressure Strong editorial judgment
