Job Title:Asset Management Analyst Location:Ahmedabad (Onsite) Shift Time:2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 days/week) Experience:2–5 Years (US Real Estate Experience Mandatory) Software Requirement:Rent Manager (Mandatory)About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-orientedAsset Management Analystto support the financial and operational management of US-based real estate investments. This role will work closely with senior leadership, brokers, lenders, property managers, and investors to ensure assets perform in line with underwriting and business plans. The ideal candidate brings strongfinancial modeling skills , hands-onRent Manager software experience , and exposure toUS real estate asset management or investment operations .Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Investment Monitoring PrepareDebt and Equity investment packagesfor acquisitions and ongoing assets. Compareactual performance vs underwriting assumptions , including returns analysis. Build and maintainfinancial modelsto support investment, hold, and exit decisions. Calculatepreferred returns, investor distributions, and disposition waterfalls . Support decision-making through detailed financial and scenario analysis.Business Planning & Reporting Create and maintain aBusiness Plan for each property acquisition . Draftproperty performance updatesand investor communications. Prepare thefirst draft of investor reportsand asset updates. Monitor and prepareloan draw requestsfor CapEx and Tenant Improvements (TI).Asset Management & Operations Support Reviewproperty management reportsand assist in overseeing property managers. Assist or leadupdate calls with leasing brokersand internal stakeholders. Coordinateproperty tax protestsand related documentation. Manage and coordinateelectricity purchase contracts . Supportbroker market outreachwhen required.Due Diligence & Coordination Coordinate thedue diligence process , including inspections and checklists. Communicate required information toinsurance brokersfor coverage quotes. Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.Strategic Contribution Think critically about asset performance and market conditions. Proactively identify risks and opportunities. Offer independent opinions and recommendations on operational and investment decisions.Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience inUS real estate asset management, financial analysis, or investments . Mandatory hands-on experience with Rent Manager software . Strong understanding ofUS real estate financial concepts , including CapEx, NOI, IRR, waterfalls, and preferred returns. Advanced proficiency inExcel and financial modeling . Experience working withUS-based stakeholders . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills Exposure tocommercial or multifamily real estate . Experience ininvestor reporting and portfolio-level analysis . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
