This role ensures timely, accurate, and thorough investigations of customer returns, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. The WEC Leader plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and product reliability.Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. · 8+ years of experience in automotive electronics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. · Strong knowledge of root cause analysis tools and structured problem-solving methodologies. · Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. · Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus. Preferred Skills: · Familiarity with diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, CAN/LIN/FlexRay analysis. · Experience with global OEMs and Tier 1 customer requirements. · Experience with automotive quality standards and customer-facing roles. · Knowledge of manufacturing processes and failure modes in electronics.
