Job Description : -PURPOSE OF THE ROLE A two-to-three-line statement outlining the objective or the reason for which the job exists. To manage portfolio of Project Finance through optimal deal structures & exploring new business opportunities in the relevant sectors (Real Estate, Warehousing & Data Center Sectors) while focusing on effective risk management and staying within overall compliance and regulatory framework of the bank.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and KPIS OF THE ROLE These responsibilities are representative, and the role holder is also responsible for any other job assigned by the superior authorities from time to time. It should capture only the key responsibilities of the role.Deal Assessment, Analysis, and Evaluation: - Being updated and abreast with developments in the related sector. Analyze financial aspects using scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing. Analyze and develop financial indicators in a deal to assess the financial feasibility and profitability of potential projects. Manage project documents, including concession agreements, purchase agreements, and off-take agreements. Facilitate deal discussions with internal stakeholders and contribute to term sheet preparation and negotiation. Ensure preparation and timely submission of Credit Approval Memos (CAM) to the TL/SH/NH for review.Policies, Processes and Procedures: - Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. Review project appraisal, financial modeling, and scenario analysis. Ensures documentation, legal agreements, and compliance requirements.Risk and Internal Control: - Ensure implementation of risk mitigation strategies associated with Project Finance activities to safeguard the bank's interests. Stay updated on industry’s best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management.Legal Documentation & Deal Closure: - To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance on an ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management group. Monitor project progress through site visits, consortium meetings, and interactions with key external stakeholders.
