Position: Sr. Manager - People Experience (HR Technology) Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratTeam Handling Role: People Experience will lead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and governance of all HRMS platforms, SAP and Sales force. This role is responsible for driving digital transformation within the HR function by designing scalable HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless system performance, optimizing HR processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing HRMS modules internally (end-to-end) and managing cross-functional tech-HR collaboration.Key Responsibilities: 1. HRMS Implementation & Project Management Lead the complete lifecycle of in-house HRMS implementation including requirement gathering, designing workflows, development coordination, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Translate HR process requirements into system functionalities and ensure effective digital mapping of HR policies and workflows. Prepare project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure delivery within defined scope and cost. Coordinate with internal IT teams, external consultants, and HR process owners to drive implementation success.2. HR Technology Strategy & Process Digitization Drive HR digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals for all HR processes Identify opportunities for automation across HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, performance management, L&D, employee lifecycle management, etc. Benchmark best practices and recommend innovative HR technology solutions.3. HRMS Administration & Enhancements Own the HRMS platform for ongoing maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Ensure data integrity, user access controls, security protocols, and compliance within the HRMS. Manage change requests, enhancements, and new module rollouts.4. Data Management, Analytics & Reporting Ensure accurate HR data capture and maintenance within the system. Develop dashboards and MIS reports for HR leadership and business teams. Provide insights through HR analytics to enhance workforce planning, productivity, and employee experience.5. Business Requirement Documentation: Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR technology initiatives through stakeholder engagement and research. Translate business needs into clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs) that outline functional specifications, workflows, and user stories. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop UAT strategies and test plans to validate the functionality and usability of HR technology solutions. Coordinate UAT activities with IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. Facilitate UAT sessions, manage defect tracking, and oversee resolution of issues to ensure successful system deployment.7. Change Management and Training: Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new HR technology solutions within the organization. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users on system functionalities and processes. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to address any system-related challenges or inquiries.8. Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party vendors or software solutions that align with the organization's HR technology objectives. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure delivery of quality products and services.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT), Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience 8-10 years in HR technology management, including project management, business analysis, and system implementation. Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in writing business requirement documents (BRDs) and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and HR technology (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRIP) is a plus. Proficient with MS Excel (Macros, VB codes, pivot, advanced filters, VLOOKUP, mail merge, dashboards) The HR Technology and Transformation play a pivotal role in driving HR innovation and operational excellence through the strategic deployment of technology solutions and transformation initiatives.
