The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge across Purchasing, Payables, and General Ledger, with a focus on accounting and process implementation, particularly in the services industry. Additionally, strong expertise in tax compliance requirements for global countries is essential to implement Procurement to Pay business flow.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion Procure to Pay solutions for global projects. Provide end-to-end application expertise in Purchasing, Payables, and General Ledger. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive procure-to-pay solutions. Drive project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client objectives. Leverage your strong accounting background to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with tax requirements for various global countries. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Required Qualifications: 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procure to Pay solutions. Strong expertise in Purchasing, Payables, and General Ledger. Proven track record of successful implementation of procure-to-pay projects. Extensive knowledge of accounting and process implementation, particularly in the services industry. Strong understanding of global tax compliance requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive global project initiatives. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
