NILA NUTS is looking for a passionate and experienced New Product Development (NPD) professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong expertise in chocolates, nuts, and superfood-based products, and who are excited about creating innovative, market-ready food products.Key Responsibilities:* Lead end-to-end development of new food products from concept to launch * Formulate and test products in chocolates, nuts, and superfood categories * Conduct trials, shelf-life studies, and quality evaluations * Coordinate with production, procurement, and marketing teams * Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standardsRequirements:* Minimum 5+ years of experience in food product development * Specialization in chocolate, nut-based, or superfood products * Strong knowledge of formulation, processing, and quality standards * Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and commercializationRelevant Qualifications:* B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology * B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Science, Nutrition, or Food Processing * Diploma or PG Diploma in Food Technology / Quality Assurance * Any equivalent food-related qualification from a recognized institutionInterested candidates can apply by sending their resume to: hello@
