In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and managing key marketing initiatives. You will also collaborate on project management tasks and contribute to the company’s overarching growth goals. The Sr Growth Associate will play a critical role in expanding the brand’s reach globally while maintaining its mission of quality and sustainability.Qualifications Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Experience in market research and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities Proven track record in sales and marketing, with the ability to execute and optimize strategies Proficiency in project management to ensure timely delivery of goals Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the company’s growth Experience in or familiarity with the consumer goods or F&B industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
